Many thanks
Just curious how long would you use that split number until you re-test again?
I am thinking this would change over time with increased fitness?

Re: Recommended training plan to improve 10k PB?
I decrease it ever so slightly from week to week. So if 2 weeks ago I did a 4x10 workout at 1:47.8, this week I'll do it at 1:47.6.
Again, not a ton of science behind it, I do it more by "feel". It's been working well for me so far so I don't foresee changing my strategy anytime soon.
