I'm exhausted just reading your list of exercises :wink: Phew!

You feel that every other day is enough time for your muscles to recover? I usually give each body a good 2-3, if not 4 days to recover before working on them again, especially when doing legs because of the erging and running.

My goals are to be able to do 2x, 1.5x, and 1.5x body weight for deadlift, bench press, and squats, respectively, for triplets, i.e., 3x3. I've got the squat and DL, but am only up to 134% on the squat.

That's going to be pretty tough to increase your bench (and other lifts) by 25%+ in 4 months while losing 20 lbs ... but if you can do so, it's even more impressive.
