Cheers guys.

Drag at 94 for this shorter piece, typically use a drag of 70.

I don’t generally post here but today I rowed a half marathon, something I normally do once a year for the May challenge. It’s going to be difficult to fit this in this year so, as my husband is working his way towards rowing a marathon, I joined him and managed to complete it faster than I have managed before in 1:49:26.6. Not the greatest time ever but it puts me above 50% in the rankings for my age, weight and sex for the first time and coming two days after I made it to 4m metres has cheered my week up no end.

This is great news all around - you are doing some serious work and that's a great score and accomplishment.

New PB at 2k! ... well the only time I've properly done a 2k, I deliberately went for a pace I new I could sustain, as I know my endurance is pretty poor at anything past a quick sprint. My aim was to stick to 1.55 and see how I felt in the last 250, kept pretty close to that and still had a little left at the end finishing with around 1.47 for the last 100m or so. So probably a little more time in there somewhere.

7:36.0 2,000m 1:54.0 31
1:31.3 400m 1:54.1 32
1:31.8 400m 1:54.7 30
1:31.3 400m 1:54.1 31
1:31.3 400m 1:54.1 32
1:30.3 400m 1:52.8 34
52, 6'2, 90kg, 100m 16.9s, 1k 3:27.3, 2k 7:36.0
