Yep. I just like hanging out in here even if I'm not setting a great example all the time.

I can't do the sharp end of PP right now and am contemplating doing mostly middle distance (5-15k) at whatever pace I can manage. I may jump onboard for a PB&J (the J for Jack not jelly) pick 'n choose version of Pete Beginner as I never got beyond week 8. Those pursuing PB could extend the life of the thread beyond the 9-12 wk. average service life of PP and if some were to segue into PP, Mike and Eric might enjoy doing the mentoring that falls to the lot of the "old boys." Good reasons to keep the lights on!
I've appreciated all the mentoring. I think I'm now nearing my the end of my 3rd round of PP (with about a week and a half interruption getting sick). We're about 10 to 11 weeks in now from what I remember.

Greg, Henry, and I, who are not currently using the PP. have not been asked to keep out. I see no reason for the OP to have to refrain from posting. It is up to you to make the rules if you want to.

funnily you should mention the hour....
that was on my schedule too (extra pressure on Hardy now...!!!!) - only did one this year, and that was a steady row...
will be interesting to see what pace you go out on - personally - i have no idea what to use as a target. maybe 1:54 / 1:55 - ish

Initial target was above 15.500 (= 1:56.0). Actually managed to go a little faster and finished with 15.680 (1:54.7) - I am putting the details rest in the bragging section to avoid double posting.

w3d5 round 2, 5k time trial. PR of 20:58.2 which is a couple of seconds faster than before but I will take it. round 1 w3d5 5k was 21:30.

have to start traveling in a couple of weeks for work so I am going to miss out on the rower 6 days a week. I am sure I can get 4 days in if I do weekends as well.

Also am over my first 1 million miles. feels good and thanks everyone for the encouragement.

Very nice work Dean!

PP W3 D4 - SS work today - 9K @ 2:14 / 22 / 148 HR average.

Been noticing in the last week especially (since I'm over the cold I had) that my HR is staying lower on the steady state rows and I'm also able to keep going at a higher HR too on the interval pieces. Improvements I'm hoping in cardio potential.
