The breaks I take are never more than a few seconds long.

Their purpose is to readjust technique or encourage relaxation.
You are skirting the sense of the question:
Remember this from page 686 last week?

O.K., Mike--

Here's a more quantifiable sessions that I would like to do:

10 x 2K (1 minute rest) @ 22-24 spm and a UT1 HR.

No rowing over your anaerobic threshold.

For me, the average HR should be 155 bpm; for you, 135 bpm.

I'll work at trying to get this done.

Then I will try to do it reguarly.

You do the same.
Something that you would "like to do"... "155 heart rate".... right!
You say will "work at" and "try to"... but, now (and from here on out), you will never post even an attempt.
In my book, that indicates that you are perpetually unable to do it.
Every time you get called out on an outlandish claim such as this one, you skulk off in another direction spouting new lies..

This morning's post is yet another absurd claim, shrinking away from what you were saying "a whole lot of"
... => "I am able to row steadily at 1:46 pace and 23 spm for 20k (10x2k/1:00r) at UT" (an outright, boldface, lie)
It is even more extreme for you to be saying now rowing this 20k workout with "just a few seconds breaks" yet be unable to do the same with 1' breaks.

Your one screen shot shows an average pace of over 2:00/500m for only 300-400m!

You fool no one. You are a liar who wants to post lies... for whatever purpose I do not know... It's certainly not to illustrate a believable training regime.

The truth lies recorded in your PM4 monitor. You just won't share it.

let's ask a different question: do you have any idea how many strokes you take?

how many minutes do you row - net of breaks - per day? a range will be fine - 20? 60? 90? 180? 600?
At the moment, in a session, I now take about 1500 strokes, covering 20K. I will try to double that as soon as possible.

so, rangerboy, how do you know you take "about 1500 strokes"?
