I guess I don't see the point.

It has no bearing on my training, which I am now _very_ comfortable with.

When I get to a FM @ 22 spm, my erging dreams come true.

So, my training is _very_ focussed now, and close to completion.

Yes, I think I can now push my meters up to a FM a day.

3650 strokes

The stroke I am using now is _really_ a sweet one.

It's a joy to use.

A FM @ 1:48 is six seconds per 500m under the 60s hwt FM WR; _twelve_ seconds per 500m under the 60s lwt FM WR.

I am glad you are comfortable with your training. I am comfortable with it too.

I now know that this thread cannot be intended to illustrate training.
You have abundantly demonstrated that you are:
#1: unable &/or unwilling to operate the *MEMORY on your PM4 monitor for the benefit of those reading this thread, even when you say that you will.
#2: able to switch subjects about your record and produce volumes of posts that are off topic
#3: willing to be seen as a liar

onlookers take note:
I am pressing this issue as it is central to why ranger should either contribute to this online community or be silent.

Rich- if your training plan truly works as you say it does then you are doing a disservice by failing to verifiably quantify any of your reputed gains.

As a result I will never again check this thread and I encourage others to do the same.

I just cited three of those gains: (1) 1Kr24 @ 1:38, (2) 500r30 @ 1:30, (3) 2Kr32 @ 1:37.5 (without even preparing for it).

My next benchmark will be a FM @ 1:48.

Wish me luck!

Then I will move on to training for trials at shorter distances: HM, 60min, 10K, 30min, 6K, 5K.

I'll train for these trials listening to "Save a Horse, Ride and Cowboy," which goes along at 26 spm.

I am not lying at all about my training, Mike.

I do 20K a day OTErg.

All of the strokes I take are 12 SPI-13 SPI and right on the beat, listening to 'Steamroller," which goes along at 22-23 spm.

Your objection seems to be that I shouldn't be doing this training because you don't want to do it.

(snip)
I don't want to do it?
I did it and showed it .

Yesterday you said "when (you )(eventually) do it" meaning you haven't done it since Thursday:

Lets see a screen shot of the monitor pic, Rich.
Please.
I'll post mine (again) in a moment.
