If you're looking for ipod music to row by, check out podrunner, available via iTunes. (I can't post a url but you could Google "DJSteveBoy" to go to the source). These free weekly one-hour workouts are at a fixed beat per minute, ranging from 120-180 bpm. Beginning February 1st they will also be offering interval workouts. Although intended for runners, I find they work very well for rowing too.
