I posted this a few months back without a response....maybe now there are some folks out there that use one or know where I can find one on a website. I've searched to no avail.
I'm interested in a specific training schedule that will incorporate both the training schedule for the rowing AND the running. Much like triathlon schedules...but for a rowathlon. I've utilized the vast training schedules available on the C2 website both here and on the UK site but those only take into account rowing which makes sense. Would like something more specific. Anyone know of one?

Row-athlon Training schedule
I only run a bit (not really training for anything except maybe a 10k), but what I've done is to take the UK website 2k training plan, set it for 5 days a week, and one day a week I substitute the rowing with running of a similar nature. For example, if I'm supposed to row 10' at my AT (HR165) x 2, I'll do that on the street instead of the erg.
I don't know if that will work for your goals, but I will say that since starting on a 26-weeks-til-race plan about 6 weeks ago, both my rowing and running are going much better. Just 6 runs ago (6 weeks), I could run 9-minute-miles for 6-7 km (I know I switched units there), but would have to stop to walk for a minute 4-5 times. Now I'm running that same speed for 10 km and only needing 2-3 1-minute walk breaks.

Allthough not a real plan, more a list of ingredients, here is what I included weekly to get a bit of running ability too (21min 6k):
- 400m intervals w 2min rests I think
- Tempo run (15-20min @ 10k-hm pace)
You may also want to loose some weight since you will gain more speed in running than you loose in rowing.
This was fun and not so hard, but had good results.

Thanks for your input
This has all been helpful. I will probably work up some sort of hybrid schedule to follow and make changes as I go. Right now, I run more than I row (half marathon distances so I'm not super fast), but hope to equal it out some.
Can you see me? How did you know that I needed to lose weight? Ha! Actually, I could stand to lose 5-6 pounds.
