Thanks Nosmo. Yeah... that HM is very old, I'll probably get around to doing one sometime soon.
My next goal is to lower my sprint pieces!

I rowed my second 1/2 marathon this season today.
1:30:11.
Had a good 2:06 pace/26 spm working until 10K to go when I took a 35 second break for water , wiping the sweat and readjusting the towel I was using for a cushion. tried to catch back up with pace but started faltering with 5500 to go. All I could do to keep above 2:10 the last 3K, except for a 25 stroke burst to 2:00-2:01 with 300 to go. 33spm on last 97 meters.
So I'm now past my 1,500,000 meter goal for the year and within a 5K of 2.7 lifetime meters. Hope to finish that in NYC at the Westside Y on Monday.

That HM is so slow you could get a PR on any easy day.
Good Job on the 60 min PR!

Just pulled a 22:35 5K. I have a lot of room to improve, but beat my previous best 23:15.

I just rowed my second 10K in 49:50.4 down from 50:30.6... Not fast but I have only been rowing for 30 days so I'm pretty excited about it. This row also put me over 100K to finish off the month/season! I LOVE THIS!

Finished my first full marathon. 3:06:32.2
Was drinking about every 2500M, but ran out of water nearby with 10K to go. Decided not to risk tightening up if I got off the erg. Next time I'll be better prepared. Drank 48 oz, but finished off 3 pounds lighter than when I started. Looks like I should plan on having at least 4 bottles ready instead of just the 2.

Great job! I'm especially impressed that you are tackling the 10K. I've been sticking with the 5k and 2k for now.

Great job! Did you just have the drinks next to the erg?

Yeah, had my bottles next to the erg. I just stopped rowing for 5-10 seconds each time to drink.
