My goal for this year is to break 6:30 by US Nationals. For your goals you are going to need to go much faster than sub 7. As a heavy you need to break 6:20 for a scholarship, if you drop 16 lbs and pull below 6:35 you could be a great lwt.

My immediate goal is to keep consistently getting back into my schedule and longer two sessions each week.

I'd like to complete a half marathon by the end of April, in no specific time but just to complete one.

As a heavy you need to break 6:20 for a scholarship,
That all depends on where you apply. There are scholarships out there below sprints/pac-10 level.

For the time being my rowing goals are on hold. I'm working on running a marathon these days.

I'm after the 30 minutes 8K. I see it around the corner, I mean, have to row 150 more meters in the 30' piece, since have done 7850. I think that it should be done in about a month, or less, I hope.

Sub 6:45 at Crash B's (sub 6:40 looks to be a too ambitious goal) and sub 6:40 by the end of the spring crew season. Then at tryouts next fall, 21:30 6K.
PB's:
500: 1:39
2k: 6:43.3
6k: 21:44.1

I want to get my knee down on the bike this summer. It'll only happen if I'm stronger and lighter :?, so it's row row row until the season begins.

I started erging in October and started the 26 week IP training plan 6 weeks ago, so its a little soon to think about racing in Boston. My longer term goal is to row 3 miles in my pulling boat next July in the Lake Champlain Challenge. On my 6 week test piece I dropped my 2K from 7:20 to 7:04, so my short term goal is to go sub 7. I have to adjust to the new paces in the IP plan based on my improvement, but I think I can do them. What happened to all those easy UT2 pieces? :?
