My immediate goal is to keep consistently getting back into my schedule and longer two sessions each week.

I started erging in October and started the 26 week IP training plan 6 weeks ago, so its a little soon to think about racing in Boston. My longer term goal is to row 3 miles in my pulling boat next July in the Lake Champlain Challenge. On my 6 week test piece I dropped my 2K from 7:20 to 7:04, so my short term goal is to go sub 7. I have to adjust to the new paces in the IP plan based on my improvement, but I think I can do them. Short term 7:30 2K and sub 40 10K before summer
Med term sub 60 min in a 25 mile bike TT and sub 4,30 in a 100mile TT
Long term compete in the 70+ age group on the erg and bike next year
