Right now I am training to continue bringing down my 2k.
I'm 16 (soph) and 6'2, 190 lbs and my 2k time is 6:46.1. I was curious what the best type of training you all think would be the most beneficial for me. I'm really interested to see all of your responses. My goal is to drop into the 30s by the end of the season and maybe break 20 by senior year. Thanks.
