I have done 20 weeks of the Interactive program Level 2, 3 sessions a week. Also I cycle to and from work 5 days a week. Thats 2x15 km. pretty intensive.
My 2000 m. time was 7:22 when I started. Now it is 7:13.
I have been training for 20 weeks and competition is in 12 weeks from now. My goal is to do 2000 m in 7:00 minutes. Last year I reached 7:09.
This means that my pace of improvement needs to speed up over the last 12 weeks. Is my goal possible to reach? Should I continue the program I have or should I select a program of level 3 with 4 sessions a week instead? Would that be to much training? Any suggestions are welcome.

Re: Sub 7 in late January
Last year in September I did a 7:14. At BIRC in November I did a 7:04. During two weeks in December I rowed 300,000m. On 2nd Jan I did a 06:59.0. So the answer is yes.jfo wrote:Is my goal possible to reach? Should I continue the program I have or should I select a program of level 3 with 4 sessions a week instead? I don't know how the IP works, so I can't help with that.
