I just got back from the gym...I go at 8 a.m.. Around 7 a.m., I have half a banana, and a very small amount of whole grain cereal with a smattering of skim milk. I feel I need something before I go for my workout, and I thought this was a good choice. Turns out, about halfway through, I can really feel this in my stomach, and it's not good. I almost get sluggish, and forget about getting a sensible time on the erg.
