My first FM today 2:50.48.7 2:01.4 27spm 143 AHR and that included a 1 minute stop with calf cramp. Lots more detail in my diary. Yukon Johns 2:52 was a target but sub 2:50 was the main one. Think I would have got it without the cramp, or been very close
