Woke up not feeling like having another go at the Endurance Series Week 3 workout, but some good-natured trash-talk from some Sub7 teammates compelled me to get back on the erg...
Every interval is scored, and it'll be interesting to see how the field decides to attack the sprint intervals vs. the endurance intervals... I think this attempt will score better than yesterday's, but I could be wrong. Will find out over the next few days and be powerless to do anything about it while on my erg-less vacation!

Strong stuff, Justin

Curious about the scoring on this one, too!

I gave everything. Tomorrow morning I have sore muscles in the upper back but totally in a good way. And my shoulder is still fine. So happy about that
I feel able to achieve bigger goals now.
Really happy to hear this Julia.
I think a real game changer was your advice that my grip might be too loose. I‘m now more activated at the catch with a slightly tighter grip. I have less problems after a hard long interval session than after a UT2. I‘m still working on it.
Sounds like you've really managed to iron out those bad form habits that can creep in, really glad to hear you're feeling better on the erg and motivated again!
