No, I don't. I think that there can be too much info and quite often keeping it simple is better.

This is probably part of your problem. I always think you need to learn control and consistency when training. It's hard to do this when watching TV.
You need to practice rowing at an even pace/rate.

Amazes me that people can watch a film whilst Erg'ing. If absolutely dialed in with form and efficiency perhaps, but I still don't forsee me ever getting to that point.nick rockliff wrote: ↑December 5th, 2024, 3:07 pmThis is probably part of your problem. Steady state = music or a podcast.
Interval work = music I'm not paying any attention too.

Same here. About four or five years ago I tried to row watching Netflix but I really couldn't settle, so music is my only option.

I get seasick watching video. Even if it is F1 and I just occasionally watch.alex9026 wrote: ↑December 5th, 2024, 4:31 pmAmazes me that people can watch a film whilst Erg'ing. If absolutely dialed in with form and efficiency perhaps, but I still don't forsee me ever getting to that point.

EXR Game does work for me though.

Re: 10 km SS and SR increase required to maintain pace
One small amendment. Music always has to be something that I pay attention to, as i need it to be something to distract me
