I love the videos on the Hydrow YouTube channel. Great athletes encouraging me and setting the pace. Beautiful scenery. Great photography. Is anyone else here using those videos and enjoying them.
The one I've rowed to the most is
"20-Minute Rainy Day Rowing in Alaska"

Today they posted
"Embark On A 20-minute Row Amidst Prague's Castles And Mist" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Y7Q7beF4_8

Re: Hydrow YouTube Videos
I have. They are a neat way to simulate the flow feeling of rowing with other people, and makes longer erg pieces go by faster. I started using the YouTube videos for free, and then got tired of using the same ones over and over, so I broke down and paid the $20 per month, and think it is worth it. So far my Erg meters for this season are longer than all but one of my years since 2008 (although in the older years many erg meters were not logged before logging got automatic), and I think it was because of Hydrow I actually completed the first March Mud Season Challenge in my years of erging.
I expect to crush this year's Holiday Challenge with Hydrow's help (though my real Holiday Challenge secret is that on Thanksgiving Day I wake up early to do an erg piece to Alice's Restaurant).
By subscribing, I also like that there are a variety of workouts where there is no talking, just scenery. The puddles seem to suggest that these were filmed with someone rowing at about a 24.
