Still plugging along. After hitting sub 20mins I have moved on from doing 20mins pieces to 30mins now. I did slip a 10K in just to see if I could make the distance.
Did another 5000m the other day, not full out, just settled into a rhythm.

Time was 19:41.4 (1:58.1) r26
1000m - 1:59.6
2000m - 1:59.2
3000m - 1:58.8
4000m - 1:58.5
5000m - 1:54.5

Next target still sub 19:30 5000m.
1609m - 5:07.3, 2000m - 6:24.0
3000m - 9:58.4, 5000m - 17:03.7
6000m - 20:44.2, 10000m - 35:42.8
21097m - 1hr 17mins 28.2secs

Hi, Sir P.

Good to see you are still pulling the handle. Many of those from back when aren't. Best of luck with it!

It has been a while since my last post (March 5th 2012).

Any of the old faces from 11 years ago still on here? I am back on the erg and loving it. Just had a full knee replacement so have taken the opportunity to help me get back to fitness.

Only a few sessions in, first target will be sub 20min 5000m.
Are you still going? :D
I'm gearing up for a fresh start, focusing mainly on the BikeErg, with the occasional row thrown into the mix.
