Back at it, first time in 15 years, reccomend video/drill to ingrain good technique?

Hi everyone,
My concept 2 lay in my garage for the last 15 years while I cycled instead.

However I just moved house, and have set the concept 2 up in our new gym room.

I want to start from scratch again, very slowly and want to try and I grain good technique from the get go.

1. Can anyone reccomend a good video for drills?

2. Can anyone reccomend a good mobility regimen….I am certainly not as limber as I once was!

Thanks in advance everyone

Hi and welcome!

1. Recommend Dark Horse Rowing channel on YouTube. Training Tall is also well.
2. Recommend Squat University channel on YouTube. Lots of videos on hip and ankle mobility, stability and strength training.
