Hello all,
I have read several old posts about Rojabo. I like that it’s data driven and look really cool as far as taking a lot of guesswork out for periodization etc.
However my main concern is that their theory actually works vs just being another hypothetical training plan that doesn’t pan out in real life.
I’ve read several 5-10 or more year old posts about Rojabo and was wondering if there are updates and if anyone has come up with any real world experience etc. thanks!!
