Back after covid shocker

Post by MiddleAgeCRISIS » October 20th, 2022, 3:25 pm

Back rowing after two sets of covid led to complete abject misery and massive inflammatory responses to small injuries left me unable to walk.

9.4m metres done and its back to 20km days from tomorrow.

Wish me luck, I am getting to 10m by Christmas!

Welcome back, sounds like you had a rough go of it. Glad you’re feeling well enough to row again.

Good luck, and are sure you're fully recovered enough to do 20k sessions?

Thank you.

Fingers crossed, I've pretty much had 12 months off so I've started back OK.

I've got to remember to do my ITB stretches this time!

I had the whole fatigue thing, memory loss and then joints exploding.

I am rowing slowly to be fair but heart rate is still good.
