You start your stroke, by pulling your back, instead of first pushing your legs and keeping your shoulders forward and halveway starting to bring you back in.
Second, at the catch, close the gap between your chest and legs, fould your upperbody more.
Stay a bit more relax, you look a bit tight and rigid. Good when your stroke, but relax when you are in the recovery of the stroke.
Good to see you back Henry. Hope everything is better again for you and yours
Hi, its going ok, bit busy. For myself, do train a bit, but only at home, not gym anymore. Was getting fat

first time ever. So needed to do something.

Haha, good to hear that you're training
I've put some weight on since I got Covid. I'm doing at most 65% of the distance, but I'm still eating the same amount, so I'm really hoping that I can shake off the remainder of long Covid.

Don’t have any affect anymore. Smell is also back, although difficult to judge ofcourse. But for the rest ok. Lots of people testing positive though. Some also sick. A young father in my wifes team gave it to his newborn. Which ended up in hospital. Luckily all ok again now.

Wow, that must have been extremely stressful for them.
My issue is recovery, I'm just not able to cope the way I used to, and a hard session totally wipes me out, and my recovery is really unpredictable.
