1:43, 1:46, 1:44, 1:44 with a mild sprint at 1:40ish with 30s to go. Never felt good, before, during or after. I’ll go sub 6:50 when I wake up feeling good. :P

Tired of people asking me why I’m slow on certain durations. I just started rowing. My HM is based on 1 mild effort. Don’t ask until 6/2021 :wink: After that laugh at me. :|
