It has been nice to have. Seems simple enough but really makes it easier. I've been filling mine out daily and it's a very convenient way to see it all at once. thanks again

Yes I noticed zombie thread revived. Old dog requires instruction how to get pdf into forum PM as Cupertino ‘share’ button to email is the the only path that occurs to one :?:
