Well done Robert.

thanks guys, your advice on pacing was spot on. Managed 2:03 with the help of a little increased rate in the last 3 or 4 minutes. Felt mostly OK until about 10 minutes to go when i had to dig in a bit and focus on technique. Gives me a split to beat next time.
Well done Robert. The last 10 minutes should be tough if you have paced it correctly

I’m glad I beat the maths!
The maths is simple when you feed your numbers into https://www.concept2.com/indoor-rowers/ ... calculator supply any to and the calculator gives you the third number (plus the watts for free).

The maths was working out a target 60 min split based on a recent 10k pb ( see up thread).
