Interactive Plan

Post by bob01 » August 21st, 2019, 10:08 am

Hi does anyone have access to ... Or something similar to the interactive plan

It was accessible through the c2 site ...

I used it with some success a good few years ago.

To my mind it is the only plan I know of that follows periodised principles ..caseys plan can be a bit!! ... But not in a 10week block

. I did amend it slightly to have a polarised base.... It was also flexible!

Would of liked to use it again... Perhaps with caseys mashup

Thanks bob

https://www.indoorsportservices.co.uk/training

These people say they'll do something about it.

I have copies of two plans:

Level 2, 26 week, 4 day. The first two lines say
1 TEST -- 18'UT1 -- 2x11'UT1 -- 18'UT1
2 2x10'UT1 -- 2x12'UT1 -- 2*14'UT1 -- 20'UT1

Level 4, 26 week, 5 day:
1 TEST -- 36'UT2 -- 2x15'UT1 -- 45'UT2 -- 3x12'UT1
2 3x11'UT1 -- 48'UT2 -- 2x20'UT1 -- 54'UT2 -- 3x15'UT1

Levels differed as to the amount of previous work; and paces were based on the initial test.
08-1940, 179cm, 75kg post-op (3 bp).

Indoor Sports Services’ Interactives are gone. The precursor O’Neill and Skelton material is still available. See posts 4,5 and 6 in thread below:
