The gym was unexpectedly shut yesterday, so I accidentally got 2 days rest, so I thought: "What the heck, might as well use it for something". It went very smoothly with the pace between 2:13.8 and 2:13.1 (the final mini-sprint). A lot of the improvement was thanks to the guy who told me that I was hunching and not leaning back enough at the end of the stroke. It's still work-in-progress, but the difference is clear. Looking forward to giving the HM a shot next week, after another weekend of forced rest.

If I weighed 75kg I would have done 15038m @ 1:59.7
If I weighed 100kg I would have done 16544m @ 1:48.8
