Went too fast on the second split and payed for it big time on the third, where I had to slow down to almost a stop as I was out of breath. The spilt average went up to 1:29 and had to pull 1.23's to get it down again. Died terribly with around 25 seconds left, but it does not show to good on the last split as I was pulling 1:23 at the start of it.
Used at least 20 minutes to get up from the floorThe motivation to do another 1K ever is totally gone at the moment

A very powerful post in both senses.
