@ Lance - Congrats on going sub 7! I'm always one or two days behind on reading these! Been swamped at work, sorry I missed it!

@ Mitchell - one of many PBs to come, you have the rowing bug! Congrats!

@ Henry - congrats on the confirmation (and the time again). That's amazing, really. As far as you "not doing ab work ATM", I think that's pretty hard/intense ab work that you're doing already! Great to hear that the SkiErg agrees with your back more than the rower. They do seem really nicely complimentary. I'm a bit jealous but the wife wanted the Air Dyne Pro and it was her turn to get what she wanted this time

The leader bested me by 1100m at the end, but I wound up with a new PB for 30 minutes so I was pleased. My last prior PB was 6870m so I was happy to finally cross 7km.

Well done Mitchel. Some healthy competition is always good for squeezing out more performance

Great work Mitchel! You've improved a lot since you started out. 22SPM is relatively low for a 30 minutes so I dare say you could go even further if you rated up too.

Thanks for the encouragement, Tom. I'm trying to focus on rowing only 20-22spm this month in an effort to improve my power. I suspect you're right that I could go significantly faster on a 5k if I bumped up to 24-26spm. I may do a 5k TT in April to see where I'm at. This PB was just a pleasant surprise as I was watching those two speed demons go.

@Lance - Congrats on breaking through 7:00. Has to feel so good.
@Mitchel - Nice work getting in the game with a couple of beasts and sticking with it to win in the end. Congrats!

I have been off a structured training plan for weeks now, but still participating in the IRL. Last minute decision to do the 10K for the month today turned out to be a good decision (and an opportunity to NOT overthink it). A 52-second PB for me from my last 10KTT in January of this year.

@ RowerGal - that's a huge improvement for a 10K! Nice work. I guess the PP and then the rest was great for you! Either that or working with the Personal trainer is doing wonders for you already! Strong!

@Ray - Thanks for the reminder (again). Came in to update my signature! :)

Also, thanks for the kudos on the 10K PB @jackarabit and @Mike.
I think you were right @Mike, it was the rest. I had my first session with my Trainer on Tuesday and was actually still a bit sore still so the rest was good. Hope your training is going well too!

@ Rowergal, 52 secs improvement is exceptionally good. Very well done. Looking at your splits I think you've got more to give too.

5k tt this morning on an empty stomach. Water as rocket fuel :D
65,6 seconds improvement on my previously ranked 5K on February 7th. Now I just need to improve by the same amount next month and the 40-49 WR is mine
Plenty left in the tank for a sprint at the finish as well, so could probably gone faster on the first 4 k's.
Doing 50/50 rowing/skiing at the moment.

Doesn't surprise me in the slightest. You're a machine. Very impressive result Marius. I'm thinking of doing skierg again as my Friday spin class is ending from next week.
