ErgData

Post by Tomx » November 15th, 2017, 12:58 pm

Ever since I got a new phone, ErgData classifies me as a HWT, even though my weight is well under the HWT threshold. How can I fix this? I have my weight (150lbs) in the profile on the app and on the C@ online log.

Might be worth an email to Concept2 as it's their app.
51 HWT; 6' 4"; 1k= 3:09; 2k= 6:36; 5k= 17:19; 6k= 20:47; 10k= 35:46 30mins= 8,488m 60mins= 16,618m HM= 1:16.47; FM= 2:40:41; 50k= 3:16:09; 100k= 7:52:44; 12hrs = 153km

I might not be understanding your question, but if you scroll through the app pages to the third screen, you can select one of your completed workouts. When you get into that workout, at the bottom there is a toggle switch to see the weight adjusted scores for all of the workout parameters. It doesn’t default to LW, maybe in order to give you standard splits while the app is recording.

I also have never been able to make the lwt designation "stick" in the logbook. I use ED on an ipod touch.

On the app is a button, round right under, touch this and select heavy or lightweight

Emailed C2. This is the reply:

"Thank you for emailing. I’m sorry that that’s happening for you. We made a recent change to the app that resulted in erroneously taking away the option of being a lightweight. We have a fix in the works and will be making it available in a future update within the next 1-2 weeks. So sorry for this inconvenience."

I just noticed this "problem" too. Figured out it wasn't worth trying to fix unless I wanted to rank one of my workouts but none of my workouts are worth ranking. So, it's really NOT a problem at all.

That's good to know. At least it wasn't just me having the problem. I was going onto my log online and editing them manually.
