Anyone from Connecticut that could give me a lesson

Post by Joefish » September 17th, 2017, 8:55 pm

Is there anyone in southwest Connecticut that I could pay to give me a lesson? I'd love to have someone that was experienced watched my form and give me some tips. I have 85K meters under my belt but I'm not totally sure of my form.

Regards,
Joe

Alternatively post up a link to a video of yourself and reach the entire world for scrutiny....and it'd be free ;)
Paul, 49M, 5'11" 83kg (sprint PBs HWT), ex biker now lifting
Deadlift=190kg, LP=1:15, 100m=15.7s, 1min=350m Image
Targets: 14s (100m), 355m+ 1min, 1:27(500m), 3:11(1K)

Erg on!
