Yes I saw that, I'm not training for anything in particular at the moment so it suits me to just have 3 short sessions written down to follow. I may mix it up again in the new year if I carry on having very slow recovery from strength work, I may need to switch to a more SS based plan for my rowing days.paul45 wrote:the PP5KT is for a newbie mate
