Dark Horse Rowing

Is this guy a useful source of info? I've watched several of his videos - he seems knowledgeable, but I don't want to buy into a "self proclaimed experts" point of view if it isn't accurate

It's Shane Farmer!! He is an international rowing coach, and an official Concept 2 master trainer. Of course his info is useful. A few on here would disagree with that however, from what i have come to witness recently

I have been following & subscribed to many of his various channels for some time. I like his methods, + good training drills and plans!! And i have seen a few other members on here in the past that do as well.

Shane is also featured prominently on the crossfit website in their archived articles. Always good stuff.
