Post by ssemone » April 2nd, 2006, 10:31 am

Sunday's are my PB rows and today I got in a 22:37.2 for 5000m which (just barely! ) tops my previous 22:43.

Cheers,

6000m, I wish! Haha, I just realized that the subject line of the posting is realllly small, so I went back and edited my post. Yeah the PB was for 5000m. :)

Cheers,

Sean

The 2k went alright... I didn't have the power that i usually have. That's probably because of the fact that i did a 6k erg test and an 9k run test the day before. But I was only .9 seconds off my pb time.

so a 7:01.9 is what i got. My rate was too high, but I was trying to compensate for the fact that I wasn't as strong as I usually am.

Unlucky, pretty good though considering the circumstances :D , sure you'll crack the 7 min barrier soon!

Great row, Dougie. You crack the top 20 for 40s lwts. Sub 38, I will get there someday, but not any time soon. Your 5k however, is weak, weak, weak (1:54 10k, 1:53 5k). Sub 18 would hurt a lot, but not be out of the question? Maybe save that for the fall.

Congratulations Dougie! Big improvement too!

I might do a 10k before the end of the month. I have to be mentally prepared, as they hurt a lot!

Cheers!

I may just do a 5K tomorrow. It's way behind my 10K and 6K.

Way to go Dougie.

I'm a 40's lightweight also. Very impressive 10K.

I did a pb 6k today. I did a 22:25.9. I beat my previous best from nearly a year and a half ago which was 22:30.6.

I will do a 5k pb attempt right before the end of the April. My best in 5k was 18:23.8 which was a year and a half ago also.
