After completing some intervals and then checking the workout detail in my gym (so no logcard) on a PM3 monitor there is a number that appears under the Meters column, in my case the number is "r144" (see attached screenshot). What does this mean? Is it drag factor, or something else? My pal rowed the same set of intervals on another machine and his said "r121"
Thanks
David

Re: PM3 what is the r number on the view detail screen?
Those are the metres you rowed between the four 1K intervals.
That's made up from the metres from overrun at the end of the rep and any early metres if you start a new rep from a rolling start rather than a static start. You've averaged 48 metres from that last big stroke and the early start on each rep.

Lovely thanks, I do like a rolling start!
