Is there a stroke rate conversion for dynamic?

Post by sqh » November 13th, 2014, 11:33 am

If I'm looking at something like http://www.concept2.com/indoor-rowers/training/wod (WOD) -- would it make sense to add a multiplier to the suggested stroke rates if I'm on a dynamic erg?

Thanks

No, otherwise the nature of the WO changes. However at very high rates the dynamic makes things easier and your stroke could have even 10% more work if you adapt it, so the ratings for the same Power could be 10% slower.
