Legs coming apart at catch
So ive noticed today after looking at some footage of me erging that my legs seem to split significantly coming to the catch, I assume this is a flexibility issue. Would it most likely be hip mobility? I didn't have this issue a couple of months ago but after a bit of time away doing very little the issue has materialised. What are some good hip stretches and would you say their is any issue in continuing erging with this?

Would have to see a picture but legs coming apart at the catch a certain amount is "fine", and preferable to knees together. A good target is knees under your armpits. Is it worse than that?
