2nd ever C2 Row 10,000m

Hi guys, following on from my last post just done my 2nd ever row on my C2 another 10,000m this time I improved a bit 41:36:3 :P compared with my last effort of 43:57:4 tried to put into practice things Iv learnt from you guys! I think my technique was better, & my splits were more even,& fuller strokes from what iv learnt I think the steady splits made it feel more comfortable, though stroke rate still in the mid- low 30s it feels comfortable to me. One thing for sure when I was concentrating on technique I was moving faster food for thought! thanks for all your advice. A goal for me here is to go under 40 minutes at the moment but Hope you don't think I'm just going to do 10,000s I'm working on an achievable training program based around the Pete plan to fit in with the Cycling & work commitments, & test myself over some shorter distances soon :wink:
