This is a great topic, keep posting those videos. I love to get a little laugh out of these people.

I doubt it. It seems to be the default. Everybody except me at my gym rows at 10. In fact I get dirty looks when folks find they have to actually move the lever back. They seem to believe that 3 minutes at 10 is better than 20 minutes at 3.
