Well, you though you could pull a 17:30 5K at will until you got called.

I'll race 5K.

After I race a FM, a HM, 60min, 10K, 30min, and 6K.

So, you will indeed get your wish, but not for a while.

To do otherwise is to broadcast that you don't know how to train.

You horrible fraud. So doing your daily warmup is racing? Interesting. According to you, your daily warmup is going to be a 17:00 5k. Anybody else on the planet would reply with "You're on". They would then walk downstairs, turn on the camera, pull the 17:30, turn off the camera, upload it to YouTube, post it here, collect $500 for doing nothing more than a warmup to their regular warmup. 20 minutes total, $500 in your pocket.

Unless of course they were a lying asshole that couldn't really pull a 17:30 5k even if his heart was maxing out and leaping out of his chest.

Moderators shouldn't lock this thread...your lack of response to this bet should mark the end of this thread. Why anybody would come back after this act of cowardice is beyond me. Goodbye.

Results don't match your conclusions.

Why?

From here on out, Mike VB will have a hard time pulling 6:50.

By the time he is 60, as I am, he'll have a hard time pulling 7:00.

And given his training, it is all downhill from there.

Mike doesn't have a clue how to get better, as I have.

Snobs have problems recognizing and working on their weaknesses.

They don't believe they have any.

Big mistake.

Correct. You pulled 7:02 at BIRC and it was way ugly.

Ahhhhh, farmer Cureton is still out there spreading BS all over the pages of C2 land. Nothing unhealthy about that except what may be unhealthy is the shit he is obviously eating.

Poor, poor, poor man. Like a punch drunk boxer limping from one pillar to another in virtual slapstick fashion, brutalised by many over the years and savaged by those in the same class and better. Call a Doctor, even a mechanic, but help the poor farmer boy and cork the old duffer and shelve him for posteriority.

The crank is still spinnin around and around until he sandbags the next post.

Nav, thanks for the vid among others. Mike stop punchin the guy he needs a break.

If I pull 6:16 at 60, as I think I will, your 2K on the erg will fall short of mine by 10 seconds per 500m.

That margin is so huge that it is ridiculous.

zero boat lengths!

ergs don't float

I'll race my single against your erg on the water anytime :D ... I'll give you as long a time for a head-start as you want.

Is it now clear? Does ranger erg just like EE?

Iv got it! Von ManBatt thinks he rows like EE because he has cataracts. He can just about make out that blonde head moving smoothly back and forth and thinks "Yea, just like me".....now where is my guide dog to help me up from the batcave.

Wow. That's pathetic. No wonder Ranger didn't show up at any other erg races this year. That's a fricken embarassment.

Ranger, stick to the Jacknives, (poor form) extension push ups, and pull ups. They're ugly, but not nearly as ugly as your erging.
