My technique is entirely together.

I am just habituating to it, working on consistency, relaxation, etc., pulling 1:48 @ 22 spm.

I now row at 12.5 SPI.

119 df.

When I am pulling 1:48 @ 22 spm, I am in a 4.2-to-1 ratio.
