When you are 60, as I am, it looks as though you will have a hard time pullling sub-7.
Now that you are 60 you have not pulled sub 7 as a lwt.

But we were talking about training, not racing...

Specifically, UT training.
You have done some of this evidently
and could show it on your monitor with two pics like these:

Do you see the date referenced in each?
"Feb 24 2011"
Do you see the workout referenced? 20k.
Ostensibly your daily training.
Do you see the sub AT HR for me?
Yes, you do.
Show what you've done with similar screen shots instead of lame single stroke pictures.

Let's keep in mind the other parameter:
23 spm rate capped

Of interest: ranger claims he holds a 1:46 avg pace on such a workout (vs the rest of the aging male world who, ranger claims, are all much much slower)

Proof forthcoming?
There will be none ever.

^ this photo is of my own monitor and is the example of what ranger will not show about his daily training

All of what you just posted, Richard Cureton, is off topic.
The subject at hand is daily training. You keep trying to change the subject. Why?
Is it because you don't train anymore?... and prefer to pretend you do???

Until you post (a the very least) a screen shot of this variety we know that you have an agenda other than sharing your training.

It would be good to see some screen shots of your training.

I am not working on my fitness, aerobic capacity, and racing, which motivates the importance of screen shots in training.

I am working on my technique.

Sure, when the improvements I have made in my technique are entirely consolidated, I will prepare to race the various distances to demonstrate how my improved technique has improved my racing.

But there is no reason to do that until my technique is improved, and racing the various distances does nothing at all to improve technique.

If your assumption is that what I need to demonstrate is improved fitness and aerobic capacity, as a result of my training, then I don't know what to say.

That isn't the focus of my training at all.

For good reason.

I _can't_ improve my fitness and aerobic capacity.

They have been maximal for a decade, and like the fitness and aerobic capacity of other veterans, declining with age.
