Hello,
I just purchased a C2 and am anxious to being using it. I play in a TX rugby union and have been reseraching workouts that would benefit me on the field. I took a look at the rugby training guide available on the British website and found a few aerobic/anaerobic workouts. Though these will certainly work for the first few weeks, I do tend to get bored of cardio workouts when they don't change often. If anyone has any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

i don't think you'll find too many indoor rowers who are also rugby players here on the US forum.
I would suggest going over to the UK forum if you have got some specific questions - you much more likely to find rugby players over there.
