Where to Get Training Recommendations

Post by Frewman » September 28th, 2008, 8:21 pm

I am wondering if there is a resource through Concept 2 or elsewhere that I could send some logcard data and obtain some recommendations for training program to prepare for 2000 m race
Thanks

There is the pete plan which is good and very simple

Then there is the Wolverine Plan, which I think is the best one out there but requires a lot of reading. It is not as complicated as it seems at first.

There are several people who will coach you for a monthly fee. PaulS who posts here regularly. Pete Marston of the Pete Plan. I think Xeno also does. There are a number of on the water coaches also.
