Thank you everyone for the congrats on the 5mm milestone. I should be able to get a short row in before work tomorrow and then surgery on Thursday. I’ll be back to rowing as soon as possible 🙂. I’ll check in on the team during my recovery.
Jodi, it took a little longer, but I finally found the commemorative coin for 5 MM plus a healed trigger finger. Enjoy your celebratory pint.

That's pretty cool! I'm printing that out for my journal. Thankyou!

Or errrh... maybe the beach. The beach sounds nice.

Many thanks to danwho for taking the helm for a few days - as always, danwho brings a good change up! Liked the palindrome celebrations and wildly cheering minions!

Safe trip to Mom's.
Always good to have a working compass.

And our modern day compasses, the navigation systems in our vehicles, are gems - untiring workhorses to keep us on the right roads. I will admit after driving a couple thousand miles that a two hour flight seems a LOT more attractive. Much was completed, and getting to ride parts of The Loop bicycle trail was an added plus. There were quite a few sculptures placed along the bike route, including one that I had seen in media and wanted to see in person:

Image
This one celebrated bats as "bug consuming jets"

Social distancing circles were placed near some of the rest stops.
