Hi,

I'm looking for a virtual team to join. I have been rowing for ~6 years and have over 6 million meters so far. I try to do 8k/day 4-6 days week. Not joined a virtual team before but I want to give it a go.

What would you want in a virtual team? There are hundreds of them out there, formally and informally organized. (e.g. viewforum.php?f=29).

Like all things in life, this is a 2 way relationship - you need to be comfortable with the team (people) you are joining and vice versa. There's no way to make these matches effectively now that I am aware of, but I'm curious enough to try to help.
