I'm a rower who's been rowing for 4 seasons, new to the forums and was looking for a team to learn from and to compete with in the world challenge.

As Captain of Team TimbukTWO, I resent that Glen said we are "slightly skewed mentally". This might give the wrong impression that in some ways we are normal!
He is correct, though, that you're more than welcome to join us, especially if you sometimes howl at the moon...
