Yes it is a long 30" but that is still a very strong piece Allan - 1:28 is mighty good

We need to get Shawn on board for this month's ctc. Looks as though he has just blown apart his own WR for the 500m - 1:15.5

Maybe, but he is very focussed, does almost nothing outside his own training scope.

Very true ;-). Had no idea how fast I good recover in 1 minute. Now I know. And that could mean... I start somewhat slower next time.

After a few rounds in the ctc you start knowing guys around your level, helps with the pacing. But I have seen you do it a few times now. :wink: last month you also killed yourself.

Who knows how much challenges I have to fulfill till I'm able to temper myself.
