Thanks for the support, may have missed the Global Marathon challenge but looking to row a half in the next couple of weeks...

Man overboard!! Cap'n has taken a dive with the sharks! I'm going to post to catch up cuz I'm traveling back home tomorrow and want to get this out of the way. Call it mutiny if you will. :)

Howdy folks!! I'm back from the chilly but spectacularly beautiful Central Oregon region. It was a whirlwind trip, very exciting, not the least part of which was coming down with the chicken pox on the day we flew up there. Chicken Pox. At age 51. WTF. But I'm back now and rarin' to go!! I may even have time to get some meters in tonight between laundry loads... :lol:

One of the minor illnesses I dealt with last season was Shingles (in December), which is some form of Chicken Pox. And I am 46. Apparently it's not just for kids anymore!
