I find a couple of things help. Buy an ITB roller, they are called many things, but essentially just a cylindrical foam tube that you ‘roll-on’.

I've seen these blue foam rollers around, but never could figure out what to do with them, so I just watched a youtube clip. I think I'll order one while I'm replacing my rowing gloves (who knew that they wore out!?) Thx for the tips.

Jim K's completed 32 miles so far, and Bobbie's completed 11 miles ! She is going for 13 miles and Jim for 35 miles (way to revise those goals UPward!). That's a lot of track time...and worthy of a half and full moon !

We've got lots of rowing and walking moons today ! International moons!
