I've seen these blue foam rollers around, but never could figure out what to do with them, so I just watched a youtube clip. I think I'll order one while I'm replacing my rowing gloves (who knew that they wore out!?) Thx for the tips.BAZzy wrote:I find a couple of things help. Jim K's completed 32 miles so far, and Bobbie's completed 11 miles ! She is going for 13 miles and Jim for 35 miles (way to revise those goals UPward!). That's a lot of track time...and worthy of a half and full moon !
